- Inspect commercial cleaning accounts for quality and completion
- Support and oversee employees during nightly shifts
- Respond to customer concerns and follow up on complaints
- Stock accounts with necessary cleaning supplies and paper products
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Cover open accounts or staff call-ins when needed
- Report issues, needs, or updates directly to the owner
- Maintain a positive working relationship with clients and staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
