Position Overview:
We’re seeking part-time Cleaning Technicians to join our janitorial team. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and represent our company with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform janitorial services at various commercial locations
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
Dust, mop, vacuum, and remove trash according to company standards
Maintain and properly use cleaning supplies and equipment
Follow cleaning schedules and checklists accurately
Communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed
Take initiative and solve problems independently on the job
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to pass a background check -No theft or violence on your record
Strong attention to detail and time management
Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and perform active cleaning tasks
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Preferred Traits:
A positive attitude and neat appearance
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
Leadership or supervisory experience is highly valued
