The Role
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team and support the firm's marketing, communications, and business development efforts through the creation and management of proposals, presentations, marketing materials, digital content, and communications efforts. The role will work directly with the Director of Business Development and collaborate with the Managing Partners and project teams throughout the firm.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with firm leadership on high-profile projects and contribute to the continued growth and visibility of one of New York's premier architecture practices. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong writing, graphic design, and project management skills. They should be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and representing the firm's brand with professionalism and creativity.
What You'll Do
Business Development Support
- Prepare and produce proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials.
- Support the Director of Business Development and firm leadership in pursuit planning.
- Maintain the firm's CRM platform, ensuring accurate and current client, contact, and opportunity information.
- Conduct market and client research to support strategic business development efforts.
- Assist with client communications, meeting preparation, industry events, and networking initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather and organize information for pursuits and presentations.
Marketing & Communications Operations
- Develop marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and other client-facing materials.
- Manage and update the firm's website, ensuring project information and content remain current and compelling.
- Coordinate and maintain the firm's social media presence, including content planning and publication.
- Assist with photography coordination, project documentation, and the organization of marketing assets.
- Support award submissions, rankings surveys, and other initiatives that elevate the firm's profile.
- Maintain consistency across the firm's branding, messaging, and visual communications.
Graphic Design & Content Development
- Produce visually compelling marketing materials that communicate the firm's work and expertise.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual standards across all communications.
- Contribute to written content including project descriptions, award submissions, website content, and marketing narratives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development support, or a related role.
- Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, or professional services industries preferred.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing websites, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with senior leadership.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
