Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated, Tampa, Florida law firm seeks qualified attorneys for its Corporate and Tax group. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of transactional tax experience, with a focus on substantive tax issues in M&A, entity and fund formations or joint ventures at a recognized law firm. An LL.M. in tax or CPA designation is preferred. Relevant tax controversy and general corporate experience will also be considered.
The position requires excellent academic credentials, as well as written and verbal communication skills, substantive and relevant experience, and a strong work ethic.
