Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated, Tampa, Florida law firm seeks qualified attorneys for its Trusts & Estates group. Our senior associate/junior shareholder position requires 5 years of substantive experience, while our junior associate position requires 1-3 years of experience. Strong preference will be given at both levels to those candidates with an LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning.
These positions require excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, meticulous drafting ability, and client development potential. Ideal candidates have an engaging personality and an empathetic demeanor, as well as personal presence such that she/he inspires the confidence of sophisticated clients.
