Job Summary: The Foxhole Bingo Lounge, operated by the Hill-Murray Fathers Club, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pull-Tab Seller. The Pull-Tab Seller will be responsible for selling pull-tab tickets to patrons, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with our community, contribute to fundraising efforts, and be part of a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell pull-tab tickets to patrons in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including answering questions, assisting with ticket purchases, and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, payouts, and inventory levels.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and welcoming environment for patrons.
- Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or gaming preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work days and weekends as needed.
