What are the responsibilities and job description for the First Shift Assembly Operator position at Hill Machine Works?
Growing Manufacturer has immediate openings for day shift Assemblers Machine Operators.
Responsibilities:
- Load components (plastic, metal, rubber, or other) into the machine following the job instruction
- Cycle the machine to complete the part
- Pack complete parts
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment a plus
- May operate automatic and semi-automatic equipment
- Team oriented
- Must be able to stand for an entire 8 hour shift
- Ability to read a work instruction and execute without error
- Ability to meet hourly or daily production goals
- Quality mindset
Job Type: Assemblers, Machine Operators
Full-time: 1st shift M-F 7am-3:30pm
Weekly pay every Friday
9 days of accrued PTO after completion of full 60 days and paid holidays
In-person interviews flexible dates and times for all schedules for interviews
