Hill International is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator in San Antonio, Texas
Responsibilities
- Support cost reporting and variance analysis.
- Help track project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecasts.
- Support in the preparation of cost reports and perform basic cost variance analysis.
- Support maintenance of project cost databases and documentation.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project dashboards, logs, and project logs.
- Support data analysis to identify trends and potential risks.
- Assist in tracking risks, issues, and change requests.
- Support impact analysis on cost and schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, finance, and other stakeholders.
- Help maintain project controls processes and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; familiarity with Excel pivot tables and charting is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial modeling.
- Ability to analysis financial data as it relates to projects.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
