Project Administrator

Job Description

Hill International is seeking a Project Administrator with FDOT, CEI, CFX experience in Orlando, Florida

Responsibilities

• Interact with the client.
• Work with multiple (20 ) other CFX consultants to review and resolve issues.
• Oversee documents prepared by other consultants and perform reviews and approval recommendations to the client.
• Manage Systemwide contracts for CEI, materials testing, and commercial inspection.
• Perform independent Assurance/QC of Consultant Inspection personnel and field documentation.
• Conduct constructability reviews for upcoming projects.
• Prepare reports and documents for the CFX Board.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project administrator on FDOT Projects.
• Experience in transportation projects, road, and bridge construction. 
• CEI experience on FDOT or Turnpike projects preferred.
• Knowledge of FDOT specs and pay items.
• Understanding of contract changes, Work Orders, and Supplemental Agreements.
• Experience working in SharePoint and with various Project Management Information Systems is a plus.
