Hill International is seeking a Financial Analyst in San Diego, California
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects.
- Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends, monitors budget execution, and variances across one or multiple projects.
- Identifies trends, anomalies and patterns in financial data and reports insight-backed findings to management.
- Could be responsible for the management of project work orders and vendor contracts depending on the scope of the assigned project and support level requirements of the project manager.
- May conduct special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-6 years of related work experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities.
- 3-6 years of financial systems experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting deliverables.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to pick up and drive tasks to completion under minimal supervision where required.
- Hybrid work schedule; must be local to San Diego.
