Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented person to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in accounting principles and experience with various accounting software. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting our financial reporting processes. our financial data as well as being able to assist in daily administrative operations.
Duties
- Support Financial Administrator
- Manage and record financial transactions using accounting software
- Duties include, but are not limited to: supporting attorneys with administrative and clerical support, handling tasks, calendars, files, communicating with clients
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, budgeting, and technical accounting practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
