The Public Areas role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of all shared and communal spaces within a facility or property. Minimum Qualifications:

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public areas including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Monitor and replenish supplies such as hand towels, soap, and sanitizers in restrooms and other public facilities.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues observed in public areas to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
• Ensure all public spaces comply with organizational standards and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
