QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of payroll processing experience
- Workday Payroll Management System experience
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Strong Excel skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and abilities to multitask
- Familiar with multi company & multi batch processing
- Payroll for over 500 employees
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process bi-weekly payroll for Exempt and Non-Exempt employees
- Process semi-monthly payroll for Principals
- Process annual bonus payroll
- Review new employee taxes and direct deposit information
- Validate 401(k) loans, and contribution rate changes, populate correctly for payroll
- Provide support to Total Rewards team for various 401(k) plan administration tasks
- Prepare all bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly payroll check requests (FSA, garnishments, 401(k), etc.)
- Workers' comp audit
- Handle all wage garnishments
- BLS worksite reports
- Reconcile periodic and quarterly taxes with ADP
