• Company Description H.I.L. Financial is a small business equipment financing company that serves as both a direct funder and a full-service syndicator with multiple funding partners. This structure allows the company to approve and fund more business loans than many traditional finance sources. H.I.L. Financial focuses on making equipment financing easy and accessible for growing businesses. Clients work with a dedicated Finance Manager, who asks strategic questions to tailor recommendations and help them choose the best financing options.

• Analyze financing opportunities and help structure equipment finance transactions
• Solve problems and think creatively to find solutions for clients
• Review documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Work closely with team members to ensure transactions move efficiently
• Learn all aspects of the equipment financing business
• Build strong relationships with customers and lending partners

• Bachelor's degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
