Overview
We are a rental business looking for a on-going regular part time maintenance person. Looking for a long-term person for flexible part time hours . All supplies are provided and no travel necessary. Candidates should be reliable, honest, independent and detailed-orientated. Paid training provided.
Responsibilities
- General maintenance and repairs such as small carpentry, drywall, painting etc.
- Grounds care including mowing, weed whacking, tree trimming, snow removal, etc.
- Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents by assisting thorough move out cleanings and repairs.
- Support residential painting or light maintenance tasks when required to enhance property appearance.
Experience
- Prior apartment, farm or maintenance experience is helpful.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, grounds work, etc.
- Ability to operate saws, mowers, cleaning machinery, etc safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, work independently, problem solving, ability to perform physical tasks, honest and trust worthy needed for success in this role.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
