This role supports the Marketing organization by evaluating the financial strength of current and prospective customers and counterparties. This role performs credit screening and monitoring to enable commercial activity while protecting the company from credit risk. This position sits within the Finance organization and collaborates regularly with Treasury, Accounting, and Marketing teams to support counterparty onboarding, establish credit limits, monitor exposure, and resolve payment or credit issues.

- Serve as first point of contact for inbound credit support requests and counterparty documentation
- Coordinate collection, review, and organization of credit-related documentation
- Maintain centralized tracking of counterparty agreements and credit support instruments
- Support monitoring of credit documentation compliance and renewal timelines
- Assist with preparation of internal summaries related to counterparty exposure
- Perform financial and credit analysis of counterparties (primarily as they relate to Marketing activities)
- Monitor counterparty exposure, including concentration risk and potential deterioration of counterparty
- Structure and negotiate credit terms including: parent guarantees, letters of credits, etc.
- Prepare, maintain and develop credit recommendations, approvals and development and enforcement of
- Collaborate across Marketing, Treasury, Risk, Legal and Accounting Teams
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Two (2) years minimum experience in finance or accounting
- Comfort working with financial documentation and compliance processes
- Proficiency with financial statement analysis and credit assessment capabilities
- Strong judgment, communication skills, and ability to translate complex financial matters into actionable
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities with some supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex financial
- Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
- Upstream reporting knowledge Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Preferred: Strong working knowledge of SAP software
