Hilbish Ford is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is primarily phone-based and plays a key role in supporting customers after their sales or service visits. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, and confident handling customer questions and concerns over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct post-purchase follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and answer ownership questions
- Complete post-service follow-up calls to collect feedback and build long-term loyalty
- Address customer concerns, helping resolve issues or routing escalations to the appropriate manager
- Record interactions and feedback in CRM or dealership software
- Assist with outbound communication including appointment reminders, surveys, and customer outreach
- Work closely with sales, service, and management teams to ensure timely and accurate responses
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required — call center or help desk experience strongly preferred
- Clear, professional phone communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused when speaking with upset customers
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating CRM or call software
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
