The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Sr. Associate Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Brenham, TX. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Enthusiastic and personable individual to manage clients' needs
- Handle a dedicated book of business
- Information gathering, preparing applications, quoting, renewal marketing, handling of endorsements and accurate file documentation, etc.
- Interact and create relationships with producers, and carriers
- Minimum High School degree
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain license
- Microsoft suite of products, AMS360 experience a plus.
- Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
- Must be detailed oriented. Accuracy in this position is critical.
- Must have strong time management skills. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
