Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic communication plan for employee benefits, including health, wellness, retirement, and other programs.
- Create engaging and informative content for various communication channels, such as benefit guides, newsletters, and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales, service, the client and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and timely dissemination of benefits information.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the benefits communication budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
