The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

- Review requests for certificates and issue the COI on the same day as requested
- If the certificate requires additional forms (NOC, specific A/I, etc.)
- Endorse the policy in AMS and attach your request to the underwriter
- Set a Suspense activity to follow up in 3 days
- If an insured does not comply with the insurance requirements
- Issue the COI with the current coverages and advise the insured and the Account Manager of the deficiencies. Ask the insured if they would like quotes for the additional coverages/limits.
- If the insured declines additional quotes – confirm receipt of email and advise client to have final contract amended to reflect the insurance changes.
- If the request includes an Indemnification section forward to the Account Manager to review
- All incoming carrier correspondence (policies, endorsements, audits, notices, etc.) whether via email or paper, save in IR under correct policy.
- Check endorsements for accuracy and invoice and send to insured.
- Process audits and send to Acct Mgr to review.
- Save the policy in IR.
- Save the policy in the appropriate Policy Folder in InsurLink.
- Send the policy to Angela Adams Consulting (AAC) for preliminary policy check.
- Update Monday.com to reflect when policy is received, sent to AAC, and received back from AAC.
- Save the completed policy reviews from AAC in IR.
- During the course of the policy term save all Endorsements and Audits in InsurLink in the appropriate folder
- Monday.com - Complete tasks due for the month on each account.
- Auto ID cards – generate ID cards and send PDF to Account Manager. Make sure to number the cards on the PDF if the insured has specific unit numbers.
- Send PDF to Administrative Assistant to print and mail.
- Certificates – “Distribute” each master certificate. Work Comp Claim Cards – coordinate with the Account Manager as to whether the insured receives cards and if they should be laminated or not.
- Claim cards are issued for certain clients and when the carrier has changed.
- Highschool or GED required
- Must be licensed
- Independent and self-motivated thinker and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written & verbal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
