Here's what you can expect:

• Starting pay at $25/hour for experienced welders

• 4 openings with flexible shift options to match your lifestyle:

o Weekday Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4 –10's

o Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 3 – 12's (plus a shift differential of $2.50/hr)

Walk-in Weld tests welcome from 6AM - 5PM. Lunch is from 11-12. Bring your welding hood and gloves and come on in!

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment and tools

• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specs for job accuracy

• Weld, cut, and grind aluminum of various gauges

• Inspect final products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe welding booth and work area

Qualifications

• MIG and TIG welding experience preferred

• Aluminum welding experience is required

• Understanding of welding tools, machine operation, and maintenance

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
