What You’ll Bring

• Valid Driver's License and a clean motor vehicle record - NO CDL Required
• 1-2 years’ experience driving a truck in a rural area – trailer experience not required, but preferred
• Passion for Customer Service Excellence

• Mechanical Skills not required, but preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Manage an optimized, daily route to ensure timely pick up, drop off, and servicing of all units. Yes that means - pumping human waste.
• Provide outstanding experiences when on customer worksites to ensure they are receiving services completed to their standard.
• Demonstrate professional behavior, accountable work ethic, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Operate a company service truck and drive to various locations to service, pump and refresh portable restrooms or deliver units to our clients.
• Work safely and in accordance with HWY38 standards
• Provide routing and customer feedback to Operations Team to ensure efficiency.
• Opportunity for other work including painting dumpsters, lawn maintenance, organizing/cleaning shop, etc.

Your Reward

Job Type: Part Time 15-30 Hours Per Week

Pay: $15-18/hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7 am- 5 pm (can vary slightly)
• Occasional Weekend/On Call for Emergencies

Job Responsibilities:

• Positive attitude
• Ability to load and unload trucks multiple times daily
• Ability to properly secure loads
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45lbs
• Ability to drive day or night
• Work effectively in all weather conditions and customer work environments (rain, cold, heat or construction sites)

· Stock paper products, hand sanitizer, soap, etc. in all units being serviced & stock in shop

· Clean interior and exterior of units per Hwy38 service protocols

• Operate truck in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Service portable restrooms, hand wash stations, and other company equipment to the expectations that meet or exceed the company’s standards for service
• Complete assigned routes
• Communicate with dispatch as route changes or issues arise
• Maintain and update route sheets.
• Conduct pre-trip/post trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain and update drivers log sheets.
• Professional interaction with internal and external customers.
• Keeping truck clean and operating properly within driver’s ability.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2 year of driving experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Good driving record
• No moving violations within the past 12 months and no more than three moving violations within the past three years
• Ability to read and comprehend GPS systems and google/apple maps
• Ability to use a smartphone
• Able to pass a background check for access to secured sites
• Able to pass random drug screenings

Work Location: Hagerstown, IN with travel in neighboring cities (ie: Richmond, Winchester, Connersville, New Castle)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
