General Purpose
To perform secretarial duties, recordkeeping functions, administrative details and follow-up functions to assist the Assistant Administrator in meeting the clerical needs of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, and as may be directed by the Assistant Administrator. Ensure that proper administrative procedures and the confidentiality thereof are maintained at all times.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must speak and understand English
- Must have knowledge of office machines and equipment, good typing skills and the ability to operate a 10-key calculator
- Positive attitude toward the elderly
