We are a rapidly growing men’s health clinic seeking a high-level sales professional and location manager to drive patient growth and revenue. This is not a typical healthcare role—we operate a cash-based model, allowing you to focus on delivering real solutions without insurance limitations.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-person financial consultations with prospective patients
• Identify needs and recommend appropriate treatment solutions
• Close same-day sales in a short sales cycle environment
• Build relationships and rapport quickly with adult male clientele
• Generate new business through networking and community outreach
• Manage and grow clinic performance and patient volume
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Maintain accurate records and basic computer tasks (CRM, spreadsheets, scanning, etc.)

• Focus on men’s health treatments (ED, low testosterone, metabolic health) using a natural approach
• Daytime schedule only 9-5 – no evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Work in small, upscale, professional clinic environments

What We’re Looking For

• 10 years of proven sales and/or customer service experience
• Strong closer with success in short sales cycles
• Excellent communication skills (in-person and phone)
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable
• Skilled in consultative selling and objection handling
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively and oversee clinic operations
• Willingness to work between Lexington and Elizabethtown (major plus)

Highly Relevant Backgrounds

We strongly value experience in:

• High-end retail / luxury sales
• Financial services, insurance, or financial planning
• Real estate or leasing
• Hospitality (hotels, concierge, upselling roles)
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales

Compensation

• First-year earnings: $60,000 (base commission)
• High performers can easily exceed $100,000
