Healthcare practice manager/ financial closer.
You have prior success in customer relations and sales to consumers in a very short sales cycle. You are motivated, an excellent communicator and successful at building rapport quickly and are consultative in your approach. You have experience setting appointments and networking in the community. You handle objections with ease and grace. You are goal oriented, manage time wisely, and willing to be held accountable to agreed upon goals. You can oversee practice growth and execution.
You should be able to qualify and close financial consultations with cash paying patients. Our Clinic is all cash cases, no health insurance cases, and treats Men’s health issues like erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and metabolic disorders with a natural approach.
At least 10 years customer service/sales/selling experience is required. Management skills and maturity are assets. We cater to adult male patients.
Daytime hours, no evenings or weekends. Positive attitude and hard workers only. Light computer skills a must, including scanning documents, spreadsheets, etc.
Must have outstanding communication skills, in person and on telephone. Impeccable personal grooming required. Upbeat atmosphere. Small but plush offices in Lexington and Etown, ability to work at both is a HUGE asset. First year earnings $60,000 combined base commission. Could very easily exceed well over $100,000 .
Relevant experience with upselling and upgrading in sales situations, hotels, banks, selling to high net worth individuals, financial, financial planning, insurance, real estate, leasing, health insurance, pharmaceuticals, is all good! Some familiarity with medical practices is helpful but certainly not required.
