What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional guest service from greeting to check presentation
- Build guest connections and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
- Learn the menu thoroughly and make food, beverage, and cocktail recommendations
- Accurately take orders and manage multiple tables in a high-volume environment
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
- Help create a positive team culture during our opening launch
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant setting
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Restaurant serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
