What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency
- Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for bar and dining room guests
- Provide exceptional guest service and build connections with regulars and new guests alike
- Maintain strong knowledge of the food, cocktail, beer, and wine menus
- Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready throughout shifts
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Help create a positive team culture during our opening launch
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume bar environment
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and spirits is a plus
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
