The Nitty Gritty:
- NYS Personal Lines Property and Casualty License is required or ability to obtain quickly.
- Personal Lines, Property Casualty Experience of 3-5 years is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing.
- Utilize effective communication skills to address customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update client information and policy details.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office to generate reports and documents.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling confidential client information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
