We’re Hiring: Personal Lines Underwriter
Vestal, NY | Full-Time Onsite / Hybrid

We’re seeking an experienced Personal Lines Underwriter to evaluate, select, and retain profitable business while providing excellent service to our agency partners.
What you’ll do:
- Underwrite new and renewal personal lines business in accordance with company guidelines
- Handle agent inquiries, applications, quotes, endorsements, cancellations, and non-renewals
- Review inspections and follow up on loss control recommendations
- Build strong relationships with independent agents
- Train and support new agency partners
- Help market our products to prospective agencies
- Limited travel
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of Personal Lines underwriting experience required
- Strong judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
