Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
Salary Range: $115,000 USD - $135,000 USD

Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the development and execution of research and recruiting strategies across all phases of executive search engagements
- Participates in client kick-off calls and internal search launches, contributing market insights and aligning on search priorities
- Conducts in-depth target research, candidate mapping, and talent identification using CRM platforms, online databases, and strategic sourcing techniques
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with potential candidates, industry experts, and professional networks to support current and future searches
- Manages and updates candidate data and research activity in CRM systems to ensure accuracy and continuity throughout each engagement
- Delivers ongoing research support and market intelligence using advanced web-based searching and analysis methods
- Collaborates with consultants and internal teams on multiple concurrent searches, supporting position description development, candidate profiles, and reference checks as needed
