Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Assistant

• Support local outreach initiatives designed to increase brand awareness throughout the Tampa market.
• Help customers identify services that best fit their household needs while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with fellow Sales and Marketing Assistant team members to support campaign execution, grow the Frontier brand, and expand relationships with customers.
• Assist with promotional campaigns that strengthen the Frontier brand and support customer acquisition goals.
• Track daily outreach activity, customer interactions, and campaign performance accurately.
• Participate in ongoing Sales and Marketing Assistant training focused on customer engagement, brand representation, and marketing development.

Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Assistant

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Internship or previous experience in marketing, communications, sales, business administration, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
