Enrollment Assistant (Frontier)

Our team in Tampa is expanding, and we’re hiring a full-time Enrollment Assistant (Frontier) to support our Frontier Communications campaign. If you’re someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building confidence in conversations, and driving real sales results, this is a strong opportunity to step in and grow.

As an Enrollment Assistant (Frontier) , you’ll meet customers in-person in residential settings, helping them explore Frontier’s fiber internet and wireless services. Every interaction is centered around understanding what the customer actually needs and guiding them through a clear, straightforward enrollment process.

Responsibilities of the Enrollment Assistant (Frontier)

• Connect with homeowners through in-person outreach to introduce Frontier’s internet and wireless service options
• Lead sales conversations that help customers understand speeds, pricing, and service benefits without confusion
• Recommend service plans based on household usage, ensuring each enrollment aligns with customer needs
• As an Enrollment Assistant (Frontier), walk customers through each step of the enrollment process, from initial interest to completed account setup
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, applications, and completed sales
• Follow up with customers as needed to reinforce service value and support long-term satisfaction
• Contribute to overall sales growth by increasing completed enrollments and maintaining consistent performance

Qualifications of the Enrollment Assistant (Frontier)

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in customer interaction or sales is helpful but not required
• Ability to manage conversations and keep information clear during the enrollment process
• Strong attention to detail when handling customer information and service selections
• Consistent approach to meeting daily sales goals in a performance-driven environment
• Entry level candidates encouraged to apply
