Job Title: Medical Assistant
Schedule: 36 hours per week, days

Since opening in 1959, we have grown from one facility with just 50 employees and 7 physicians to a comprehensive health care leader in the community with more than 1,000 employees and 300 physicians. Today, we operate as a 167-bed healthcare facility and provide quality care in numerous areas of health care.
How you'll contribute
As a Medical Assistant joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. This includes:
- Assisting with performing patient assessments and treatments
- Performing basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection
- Monitoring and communicating changes in patient condition
- Documenting patient care given
- Maintaining equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting
- Performing administrative or clerical duties as assigned/needed

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of a Program Discipline (Medical Assistant) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
