What your day to day might look like:
- Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
- Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
- Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
- Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
- Maintain company safety standards
- Moves objects from one floor to another
- Frequently bends/stoops, climbs stairs, kneels, balances, reaches above shoulder height, walks, and twists
- Has normal range of vision, hearing and speech
