This position starts as a helper/assistant technician with a clear path to becoming an independent lead cleaning tech. If you’re dependable, hardworking, and want to build a real skillset (not just a job), this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do (Starting Out):
- Assist lead technician on residential and commercial carpet cleaning jobs
- Help with equipment setup, breakdown, and job prep
- Learn proper cleaning techniques, customer interaction, and workflow
Growth Opportunity:

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
