We are seeking dedicated Lead Cleaning Technicians to join our team. The Lead Cleaning Technician will be responsible for managing crew and maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients of residential and commercial properties.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Follow all policies and procedures and ensure the crew does as well
*Experience*
- Previous experience in leadership, cleaning or housekeeping service is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
