Lead Cleaning Technician (Team Lead / Field Support)

We’re hiring a Lead Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is ready to step into a leadership position in the field.
You will work alongside a team while also helping guide job flow, maintain quality standards, and support team performance.
What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed residential and light commercial cleaning (top to bottom, left to right, touching every surface)
- Lead by example on job sites and help keep the team on pace
- Support team members with training, direction, and accountability
- Ensure consistent quality using company checklists and systems
- Communicate with management regarding job progress, concerns, or needs
- Identify and report any damages, issues, or client requests
- Help create a positive, professional experience for both clients and teammates
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Natural leadership ability (or proven leadership experience preferred)
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve on the job
- Comfortable giving direction and supporting a team
- Cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Position Details
- Part-Time: 20 hours/week (with growth and full time potential)
- Pay:
- Working interview: $12/hr
- After hire: $18–$25/hr based on experience and leadership ability
