Revenue Management Analyst
Reports to: Director of Revenue Management
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Management Analyst to drive insights that shape portfolio strategy, customer engagement, and product performance. In this role, you will analyze commercial patterns, uncover segment-level behaviors, and support frameworks that align decision-making across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in revenue management, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to initiatives that influence business growth. The salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth pricing analysis of product-line performance, customer segments, and commercial trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate how different customer types interact with products and determine factors that influence revenue outcomes.
- Design and refine pricing frameworks that ensure consistency and alignment across product groups and customer segments.
- Support pricing integration for new product lines or categories added to the portfolio.
- Develop and maintain structured data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide actionable pricing insights for leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to enable data-driven decisions.
- Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and insight quality.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Entry-level or early-career experience in commercial analytics, supply chain analysis, finance, or similar data-driven roles (internships or academic projects welcome).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large, complex data sets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret patterns and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn how commercial systems interact.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and ERP systems.
- Exposure to customer segmentation, product-line analysis, or commercial strategy projects.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages is a plus.
