What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Highline Veterinary Hospital?
We are looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our animal care team.
In this administrative role, you check-in our animal patients, update their records and owner information, schedule appointments, process payments, and work closely with the entire team to provide excellent client service. You may also be asked to help restrain animals for veterinary procedure, prepare prescriptions or provide home-care instructions to pet owners.
Candidates pursuing a career in veterinary medicine are preferred. Excellent customer service and computer skills are required.
Highline Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned small animal hospital located just minutes south of Seattle in a diverse suburban community. Looking for a motivated individual who believes in providing great patient care, customer service and promoting a fear free experience for each pet.
We are an up-to-date medical practice in a comfortable warm environment. Our hospital has been a fixture in the neighborhood for over 50 years. We give back to our community by volunteering and are looking for someone who is passionate about pets and their owners.
Open Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm. Closed for the lunch hour. No weekends, no on call, great work-life balance! Typical schedule for full time is a 4 day work week. We are open to part time as well.
