MINIMUM:
Master’s degree or higher in education or distribution area (science, social science, humanities) or other related departments (business, TESOL, etc); AND
Experience in advising, mentoring, or teaching with the goals of access for all at the forefront.
Experience teaching first-year experience courses or similar programs.
Familiarity with educational technology platforms such as Canvas and ctcLink.
Knowledge of student support services and resources in a college setting.
Experience in career advising or educational planning.
