Highline Cleaning Services is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our commercial and residential client base, community outreach and involvement, and marketing strategies throughout Western North Dakota.

What You'll Own:
- Generating new commercial cleaning accounts through networking, prospecting, sales calls, referrals, and community involvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, and decision-makers.
- Conduct walkthroughs and assist with preparing cleaning proposals and service agreements.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Assist in representing Highline Cleaning Services at networking events and within the community.
- Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service.
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using company software.
- Help identify new markets and opportunities for company growth.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, account management, digital marketing, and customer service experience required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout the service areas.
- Proficient with computers, email, technology in general, Google, Socials, and Microsoft Office.
