Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaning professional to join our team. As a cleaning professional, your role will involve completing a variety of cleaning tasks. This may include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, refilling supplies, and other tasks as needed. In order to be successful in the position, candidates will need to be capable of working efficiently without compromising our standards for cleanliness.
Cleaning professionals spend the majority of their shifts on their feet. Candidates will need to have the physical strength and stamina necessary to accomplish this each day.
Must pass a drug and background check.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including activity rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
- Sanitate surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of all flooring types. Some bending and lifting may be required.
- Manage custodial duties by restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Window cleaning.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
