What You'll Do:

• Develop & Sell: Work with businesses to craft powerful advertising solutions that utilize print, digital, and multi-channel marketing.
• Build Relationships: Connect with local business owners, marketing professionals, and decision-makers to understand their goals and needs.
• Drive Revenue: Sell advertising packages across multiple platforms, including newspapers, magazines, websites, and social media.
• Create Impactful Campaigns: Work with our creative team to develop eye-catching and results-driven ads.
• Utilize Data & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, use market research provided by our team to drive decisions, and leverage analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Make Outbound Sales Calls: (Inside Sales Role) Engage with businesses over the phone, uncover needs, and pitch compelling advertising solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Sales Skills: Experience in advertising, digital marketing, media sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
• A Go-Getter Attitude: You love setting goals, exceeding expectations, and seeing your clients succeed.
• Digital & Print Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of online advertising (Google Ads, social media, SEO) and/or print marketing is a plus.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to craft persuasive sales pitches and build relationships with clients.
• Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and work independently.
• Goal Oriented - determined.
