Outreach Recovery Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to build relationships through provision of education regarding first episode psychosis and the Navigate program to potential referrals and referral sources to aid in the Department/Agency’s goals and objectives.

Position Specifics

Location: Abingdon, VA

Status: Full-time, Non-exempt, Monday-Friday. 8:30am – 5:00pm

Compensation: $19.50 - $21.00 - Commensurate with education/experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Peer Recovery Specialist Certification required but can be completed after hire.

Experience: One (1) year related experience and a lived experience and recovery from schizophrenia or similar diagnosis. To be considered, you must provide an explanation of how your lived experience qualifies you for this role.
