Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers efficiently.
- Monitor driver routes and delivery status.
- Communicate with customers and drivers regarding updates.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and dispatch software.
- Resolve scheduling or routing issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records.
Requirements:
- HOS knowledge is mandatory.
- Previous dispatch in transportation company experience is a must.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,300.00 per week
