An Accelerated Path to Ownership

This position is intentionally designed with ownership as the destination—not merely a possibility.

For the right candidate, discussions regarding partnership or practice purchase will begin immediately, with the expectation of negotiating ownership terms within approximately six months of beginning the associateship.

The structure of the partnership or purchase will be developed collaboratively to meet the goals of both parties and to ensure a thoughtful, successful transition for our patients, team, and future owner.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active California dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to comprehensive patient care
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire for long-term professional growth and practice ownership
