Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine scope and materials
• Utilize The Edge software for estimating and template management
• Maintain accurate records in company systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• 3 years of estimating experience or relevant roofing project management background
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills
