JOB SUMMARY: The IT Support Specialist troubleshoots software and hardware issues, problem-solving, and providing advanced technical support to HRBH user base.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Provide on-site technical support to users at multiple locations throughout the agency.
- Respond to customer requests for assistance related to all deployed hardware and software.
- Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot laptops and desktops in assigned locations.
- Troubleshoot all mobile equipment, including tablets and smartphones.
- Help customers with questions and issues regarding usage of industry-standard commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software applications.
- Provide support for Video Conferencing systems and customer support for video conferences.
- Work as part of a team, sharing duties with other IT personnel throughout the company.
- Coordinate project actions with IT Management and staff, program managers, as well as vendors and technical representatives.
- Monitor IT Ticket System for user requests and needs.
- Other Duties as assigned.

- Customer Service Orientation and Approach to Meeting Customers' Needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong knowledge of technology, hardware and software in a professional services environment (e.g., extensive knowledge of Windows 10 operating system, Microsoft Office, multiple web browsers, printing and scanning systems).
- Ability to solve complex problems by gathering facts and applying detailed trouble-shooting techniques.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload along with project assignments.
- Knowledge of local area networking.
- General working knowledge of anti-virus, backup and remote access technologies.
- 1 Year experience preferred.
- Bilingual abilities a plus
