POSITION SUMMARY: The Receptionist provides general office support and direct communication. They will report to the Business Office Manager.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and route a high volume of calls through the switchboard and supply information to callers and relay messages.
- Maintain the office supply inventory at an appropriate level and order additional supplies as needed.
- Assist with faxing and copying as needed.
- Sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
- Special projects and overflow work as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements and hotel accommodations as requested.
- Request postage as needed and maintain the updating of postage machine.
- Meet and address visitors, ascertains nature of business, and direct accordingly.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
