Role Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Mortgage Help Desk Support Specialist. In this full-time hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with some remote work flexibility, you will be responsible for assisting clients and internal teams by addressing mortgage-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Daily tasks will include providing prompt technical support, resolving service-related questions, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Technology: Familiarity with mortgage software systems, CRM tools, and basic computer applications is preferred.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams to ensure seamless problem resolution and client support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services sector is required
