Overview
At NuAxis Innovations, Technology is our Passion. People are our Purpose. We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Support Technician to support a distributed IT environment, delivering exceptional customer experience (CX) to end users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
Manage tickets using tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent
Perform Active Directory tasks (user creation, password resets, group management)
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Assist with device imaging (PXE), deployments, and upgrades
Provide support for VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues
Maintain asset inventory and assist with hardware lifecycle management
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of IT Help Desk / Desktop Support experience
CompTIA A (or equivalent)
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Preferred
ITIL Foundation
Experience with MDM tools (Intune, MaaS360, JAMF)
